زندگی گلزار ہے عمیرہ احمد کا ایک مقبول اور یادگار اردو ناول ہے جو پہلی بار 1998ء میں شائع ہوا۔ کہانی کا مرکز کاشف مرتضیٰ اور زارون جنید ہیں، جن کا تعلق دو بالکل مختلف معاشرتی اور مالی پس منظر سے ہے۔ کاشف ایک متوسط طبقے کے گھرانے سے تعلق رکھنے والی محنتی اور خوددار لڑکی ہے جو زندگی کی مشکلات کے باعث بہت سے تلخ تجربات سے گزرتی ہے، جبکہ زارون ایک خوشحال خاندان میں پرورش پانے والا پراعتماد نوجوان ہے۔ دونوں کی زندگیوں کا سفر آگے بڑھتے ہوئے محبت، رشتوں، طبقاتی فرق، ایمان، برداشت اور شخصیت کی تبدیلی جیسے اہم موضوعات کو سامنے لاتا ہے۔ یہ ناول صرف ایک محبت کی کہانی نہیں بلکہ انسان کے رویوں، سوچ اور زندگی کو دیکھنے کے انداز میں آنے والی تبدیلی کی بھی خوبصورت عکاسی کرتا ہے۔ اس پر بننے والے مقبول پاکستانی ڈرامے نے بھی اس کہانی کو گھر گھر پہنچا دیا۔

Zindagi Gulzar Hai is a widely loved Urdu novel by renowned Pakistani writer Umera Ahmed, first published in 1998. The story revolves around Kashaf Murtaza and Zaroon Junaid, two university students who come from very different social and financial backgrounds. Kashaf’s difficult life teaches her resilience and independence, while Zaroon’s privileged upbringing gives him a very different outlook on life and relationships. As their paths come together, the novel explores love, family, class differences, faith, personal growth, and the transformation of human attitudes. Its popularity grew even further after the story was adapted into the acclaimed Pakistani television drama of the same name.
